Statement For The Old Dairy
Introduction
The Old Dairy is a detached converted farm building which can be approached by
most vehicles. Please see pictures
on the web site. But there are some steps to negotiate outside and a few to go
from the kitchen to lounge. Wheelchairs would be a problem.

Arrival & Car Parking Facilities
The cottage is approached by a steep dirt drive arriving on the flat pebble
graveled parking area right outside the choice of 4 doors.
Main Entrance & Reception
Two doors are double French doors with 3 difficult steps. The main front door
is also difficult with steeps. The middle door is 1 big stone slab step into
the kitchen corridor, slightly tricky for a wheelchair but OK for a short walk.

At the kitchen doorway you are in a corridor that leads to a downstairs
bathroom and en-suite bedroom, the other way leads to 3 steps up into the
lounge.

The ground floor bathroom has handrails by the toilet and by the bath.

There is plenty of space in the Lounge and Dining area. See photos.
